DRC 30TPD Corn Processing Line – Production Completed, Loading in Progress
2026-06-05
Our company received an inquiry from a food processing company based in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The customer was looking to set up a new corn flour production facility, specifically a 30‑ton‑per‑day corn processing line (including cleaning, milling, sifting, packaging and other equipment). After detailed technical discussions, the customer placed the order.
Following a strict production schedule, the entire 30‑ton‑per‑day corn processing line was manufactured, assembled, and tested in our workshop in May 2026. All key components – from the cleaning sieve to the roller mill, plansifter, and packaging system – passed our in‑house quality control inspections. The equipment was then disassembled into suitable modules for container shipping, with each part clearly labeled and packed with anti‑rust and shock‑proof materials.
This week, two 40‑foot high‑cube containers arrived at our factory yard. Our loading team loading process (meaning: the loading team carried out the loading process) to ensure proper weight distribution, secure fastening, and easy unpacking at the destination.
Loading start date: June 5, 2026
Estimated completion date: June 5, 2026
Number of containers: 2 x 40’ high cube
This case demonstrates our ability to handle industrial‑scale corn processing equipment orders for African markets, with full attention to production timelines, export packaging, and logistics coordination.
