 I. Receive the initial cleaning process

Bulk raw materials corn and soybean meal receiving; initial cleaning process is the corn and soybean meal that have passed the raw material inspector's inspection into all operating units of the silo. This process first removes impurities from the raw materials through the de-magnetization equipment, and then conveys them to the silo through the receiving equipment and de-magnetization equipment as planned. The production line equipment includes receiving devices (such as unloading pits, platforms, etc.), conveying equipment, primary cleaning screens, and magnetic separation devices (such as permanent magnetic cylinders, permanent magnetic drums, etc.). For the bagged raw materials receiving, means that the loading and unloading personnel will pass the raw materials inspector check the raw materials unloading neatly stored in the warehouse. Receiving process should do four things: 1, accurate count quantity; 2, raw materials without quality problems; 3, receiving the correct path; 4, receiving a clean environment.
