The crushing process means feeding the raw material in the crushing bin into the crusher to be crushed into powder, and then sending it to the mixing bin for backup through the conveying machinery. The purpose of this process is to control the size of the material, the efficiency of the crusher designed for this process determines the capacity of this process equipment, it is also the most energy-intensive process in the production of powdery materials. The hammer, sieve, current, noise and crushing path are monitored and confirmed at all times.
