 1、Eccentric shaft and bearing installation.

 

 Before the shaft and bearing assembly, the sliding bearing needs to be well researched and matched, and then it will be put into the sliding bearing seat, and the level and coaxiality of its placement will be tested by using a level meter, and if the measurement results meet the requirements, then the eccentric shaft will be installed on the bearing. If the high point of the sliding bearing surface is too much, further scraping is required until the high point between the contact surfaces disappears. The contact area between the eccentric shaft sliding and the frame should be not less than 60 percent, and the clearance between them should be less than 0.05mm.

 

 2、Installation of connecting rod

 

 Before the corn processing equipment connecting rod assembly should be carefully checked on the connecting rod and the location of the required assembly, cleaning is completed and then the surface of the connecting rod coated with a layer of oil to ensure its installation lubrication, and then the upper bearing, spindle, upper bearing and connecting rod on the shell, in the connecting rod on the connecting rod bolt and tightened up. If the upper shell of the connecting rod and the connecting rod plus the liner between them, the fit is not tight enough to cause oil leakage, the liner should be processed or re-installed with a new liner.

 

 3、The installation of the elbow plate

 

 The elbow plate can be installed and dismantled by loosening the spring nut of the tie rod, removing the spring, and then using a chain or wire rope tied to the lower part of the moving jaw, so that the moving jaw is close to the fixed jaw, and then the elbow plate will automatically fall off, and the above steps can be repeated in reverse when installing.

 4. Installation of the moving jaw

 

 After assembling the jaw, jaw shaft, movable tooth plate and elbow pad on the ground, the sliding bearing needs to be fitted with the bearing and bearing housing, so that the sliding bearing can be installed in place, and the coaxiality and tilt of the sliding bearing assembly of the complete set of grain processing equipment can be tested.

 

 5、Tooth plate installation

 

 Grain processing equipment cross-sectional structure shape of the tooth plate has a smooth surface and lattice surface of two, due to its greater weight, the need to make easy to replace the structure, the tooth plate using bolts or wedges for fixed, its fixed in the front wall of the rack or dynamic jaw, and the contact surface between the two must be straight. As the inside of the front wall of the frame is not processed, so some aluminum plates can be used between the back of the fixed jaw tooth plate and the front wall of the frame to ensure the tightness of the combination.

 

 6、Installation of rack

 

 When installing the rack, the rack and equipment should be padded with something that can absorb the vibration, the installation of the rack on the foundation or in the horizontal and vertical level of the wooden seat needs to meet the installation requirements of the equipment. In the installation of the rack, its placement on the foundation of the horizontal and vertical level should be less than 0.2mm, so as to ensure that the subsequent installation error is not greater than the installation requirements of the equipment.
