1.Warehousing : A pre-designed raw material warehouse is used to collect materials for batch processing, ensuring a stable supply of raw materials and facilitating efficient management.

2.Infeed : The bucket elevator lifts the material from the discharge port at the bottom of the warehouse to the processing equipment, simplifying the transfer process and saving time and labor.

3.Pre-cleaning : Materials are cleaned according to size and wind selection to remove branches, sand, dust, shells, and other foreign matter to ensure the quality of the final product.

4.Magnetic separation : High-density impurities such as stones and metals are separated by magnetic force to prevent damage to processing equipment and improve product purity.

5.Classification : Different grades of beans are divided according to customer needs to meet the specific requirements of different markets.

6.Specific gravity selection : Unqualified beans that are infested, moldy, and shriveled are screened out to ensure that high-quality beans are used in the final product.

8.Belt selection : Manual screening is performed on the belt to further check product quality and add an additional layer of quality control.

9.Finished product warehouse : Processed finished products are temporarily stored in the finished product warehouse to reduce the frequency of manual handling and provide a buffer for packaging.

10.Packaging : Automated packaging equipment is used to pack the finished products into bags to ensure packaging consistency and improve productivity.
