There are two types of sawdust pellet machines on the market, flat mold and ring mold (horizontal and vertical ring mold sawdust pellet machines) sawdust pellet machines, which is suitable for processing sawdust, wood shavings, rice husk, straw, grass, alfalfa, peanut shells etc. They are biomass equipment used to press small-sized wood into 6/8mm sawdust pellets.

The entire pelletizing machine consists of five parts: main machine, automatic lubricating oil system, cyclone dust collector, steam fan, and electrical control cabinet.

 There are some precautions for our granulator.

 1. The drum needs to be filled with oil for 2 minutes every 30 minutes. 
2. Charge the circular mold every 15-20 days. 
3. The bearing chamber is lubricated with gear oil. Each injection 13.

- Our company mainly produces new vertical centrifugal granulators, which are the latest granulators in the world.
-The ring mold material is 4Cr (chromium) 13, and the production process is stainless steel overall carburization. It has wear resistance and high stability.The heat treatment hardness of the ring mold is as high as 55-60, and its service life is around 1000-1500 hours.
-The gear and roll material are 20CrMnTi (chromium manganese titanium) alloy steel forgings.
- The gearbox body is made of stainless steel material.

The working principle of a granulator is to put wood chips into the granulator and squeeze them together through a drum and an annular mold,causing wood chips with appropriate moisture to form spherical or columnar shapes through pressure and centrifugation..

The most suitable moisture content is around 10% and should not exceed 15%. The diameter of the pellets produced is 6-12 millimeters.

 Our company produces three types of particle machines. Namely YGKJ560, and YGKJ880. Depending on the power of the motor, they also have different capacities.
The largest granulator is YGKJ880. The motor power of YGKJ880 'is 220kw and 250kw.
