The raw materials are fed into the storage bin through the feeding device, and the air enters the furnace, where they are pyrolyzed, suspended, semi-gasified and burned at high temperature, and then the heat is transferred to the energy equipment. This process uses the principles of radiation heat and conduction heat. Through three-stage air distribution, oxygen is fully burned in the furnace, and more than 95% of the heat is transferred to the energy equipment.The overall operation of the burner is divided into three stages. The first is the ignition stage. First, the burner feeding dragon is powered on to perform pre-feeding. After the feeding is completed, the blower and ignition rod are turned on to perform ignition. The ignition time is about five minutes. The time length varies due to different materials and different ignition methods! After the ignition is successful, it enters the high-fire feeding stage. The high-fire feeding mainly consists of two parts: feeding and air supply. The feeding speed can be changed by the frequency converter or adjusted by the time interval. The air supply size is adjusted by the frequency converter! The heating stage is high fire. After the temperature reaches the set value, it enters the low fire stage, which can effectively avoid fuel waste. If the temperature is low, restart the high fire! Repeat the switch back and forth! When the machine is no longer in use, it enters the shutdown stage. During the shutdown stage, the blower is delayed to shut down, blow out the fire in the furnace, and avoid smoke formation!
