Biomass Chain Furnace

The pulverized coal hot air furnace consists of five parts: the combustion furnace body, the fuel lifting mechanism, the air distribution and smoke return device, the dust removal or indirect heat exchange and the electrical control cabinet.

The chain-discharge hot air furnace uses coal as fuel. Through the coal hopper and coal delivery mechanism, a fixed amount of coal is delivered into the combustion chamber. At the same time, a combustion-supporting air with a certain pressure is delivered to make it fully burn and produce a large amount of hot air. Then, the high-temperature airflow is separated from the dust through the cyclone dust removal. In order to achieve a high-temperature gas heat source that meets production requirements, the chain-discharge hot air furnace is equipped with automatic control systems such as temperature, air volume and speed regulation.
