Biomass briquette machine can make industrial solid waste and other biomass raw materials into pellet or rod shape, it can improve the combustion performance of fuel.
It is a new type of renewable and environment-friendly fuel, which has the characteristics of clean, high calorific value, high combustion efficiency and so on. It can be used as fuel for combustion furnace, boiler and power generation furnace. It can be used as a substitute for coal in many field .

The process of Briquetting consists of the following 6 steps:

1.Gathering biomass waste material

 2.Crushing

 3.Compressing to form a briquette (extruding)

 4.Drying the briquette

 5.Carbonizing /carbonization / charring

 6.Bagging / Packaging

-Output forming steady: mechanical ramjet design, used high temperature high pressure ram principle to adjust pressure angel ,make material output without block; 
-Long life : use alloy steel ,vacuum firing craft, improve die life time ;
-High capacity : can operate 24 hours continuously; 
-Easy operation: high automatic degree, little labor force; the whole machine is matched feeder and output conveyor, and control box.
