Brewer's yeast dryer series yeast rotary dryer is one kind of Single Layer Dryer which can be used in the drying process of a variety of slurries, especially suitable for the recycling of brewery yeast. We have yeast dryer products of different configurations to meet the demand of the annual output from fifty thousand ton to three hundred thousand ton. This machine is suitable for the drying process of food, chemical, and other industries.

Yeast dryers are composed of drum, frame, transmission system, scraper device, material limit device, scraping device, feeder, steam system structure, electric control cabinet and exhaust hood. 

- The machine is conduction heating, and there is no heat loss carried by the drying medium, so the heat utilization rate is high and the energy consumption is low, generally above 70%. 

- The machine also has the characteristics of compact structure, small footprint, easy operation and maintenance, etc.
- Adopt low temperature and fast drying process to ensure the biological activity of the dried material;
- The drying cylinder is made of high-grade and ground cast iron, which has the characteristics of anti-corrosion, no pollution, high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption;

Yeast dryer is a dryer that heats materials and vaporizes water by indirect conduction heating, and uses steam to heat. The drying cylinder (drum) is a metal hollow cylinder with a processed outer surface and a very high surface finish. Driven by the transmission device (large and small gear transmission), the drying cylinder rotates around the axial direction and the speed can be adjusted. The slurry is preheated in the preheating tank, preheated to about 50 °C, and fed into the dipping tank at the lower part of the drying cylinder with a feeding pump, the drying cylinder is immersed for about 60-80mm, and the outer surface of the rotating drying cylinder is coated with a A uniform layer of slurry (that is, the thickness of the film), the steam pressure in the drying cylinder is 0.15-0.3Mpa, the slurry is heated on the outer wall of the drying cylinder, and the water is vaporized and discharged by the axial flow fan. When the drying cylinder rotates for one week, the material is dried, and the flake material is discharged by the scraper on the outer wall of the drying cylinder, and then falls to the discharge port for collection.
