The briquette press is a device that presses briquette or coal powder into balls. Product Structure of Coal Briquette Machine:
1. The feeding part is mainly used to achieve quantitative feeding to ensure that the material enters the roller space evenly.
2. Transmission part, the main transmission system is: motor---triangular belt---reducer---open gear---roller.
3. The forming part mainly refers to the main machine part, and the core part is the roller.


When the briquette press machine is working, the main machine is powered by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through a pulley, a cylindrical gear reducer, and a rod pin coupling. The driving shaft and the passive shaft are ensured to run synchronously through open gears. A hydraulic device is installed behind the passive bearing seat. The screw feeder is driven by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which rotates through a pulley and a worm reducer to force the pressed material into the main feed port. Due to the constant torque characteristics of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, when the pressing amount of the screw feeder is equal to the amount of material required by the main machine, a constant feeding pressure can be maintained to stabilize the quality of the pellets.
