The dry powder ball press machine is driven by the main motor through a V-belt, which is transmitted to the reducer through a coupling, and then to the driving shaft through a pair of open gears to ensure the synchronization of the two rollers (constant speed and reverse direction). The piston of the hydraulic cylinder of the passive roller is supported (the constant pressure type is supported by an inclined iron), and the system pressure is guaranteed by the hydraulic circuit, the hydraulic control valve and the accumulator. The material enters the hopper of the molding machine evenly from the storage bin through the quantitative equipment, and is adjusted by the regulating gate on the hopper to make the material enter the middle of the rollers evenly. The rollers running at the same speed and reverse direction compress the material, and the unit molding pressure changes from small to large. The molding pressure reaches the maximum value at the center line of the rollers. After the material passes this line, the molding pressure decreases rapidly, causing the material to enter the ball-off state and be smoothly de-balled.
