Mineral powder briquette machine is mainly used for making balls of non-ferrous and ferrous metal ore powders and other powdery materials, such as iron powder, phosphate ore powder, nickel ore powder, laterite nickel ore, fluorite powder, aluminum chips, oxide scale, steel slag, iron ore powder, aluminum ash powder, silicon manganese ore powder, etc.

-The mineral powder briquette machine has the obvious advantages of high ball forming rate, low power consumption, compact structure and easy maintenance and debugging.
-Suitable for various molding of industrial gasification, boiler briquette, cold pressed coke, ignition briquette, civil briquette, civil metallurgy, refractory materials, medicine and other materials.



The main machine of the mineral powder pelletizing machine is powered by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through a pulley, a cylindrical gear reducer, and a pin coupling. The driving shaft and the passive shaft are synchronized by open gears. A hydraulic device is installed behind the passive bearing seat. The screw feeder is driven by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which rotates through a pulley and a worm reducer to force the pressed material into the main feed port. Due to the constant torque characteristics of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, when the pressing amount of the screw feeder is equal to the amount of material required by the main machine, a constant feeding pressure can be maintained to stabilize the quality of the pellets.
