1. Screw shaft
The screw shaft is welded by the screw blade and the mandrel. Spiral blades are mainly divided into full-face blades, ribbon blades, and crescent blades. This machine generally adopts full-faced blades, which have large thrust, fast speed and large conveying capacity, and are suitable for conveying scattered and dry granular and powdery materials. The blade thickness is 2~4mm.
2. Trough
The trough is made of 2~3mm thick steel plate, and the length is generally 2 meters.
3 Suspension bearing
The main drive shaft of the screw conveyor is a seamless steel pipe with a long length. Generally, a suspension bearing is installed every 2.5 meters. The suspension bearing is directly installed in the cast iron bearing seat with suspension.
