 We can provide a complete buckwheat processing line with a capacity of 10-1000 ton/day. Buckwheat processing includes cleaning, grading, dehulling and milling.It has advantages of anvanced technic, low power and high extracting.

Buckwheat Processing Line Impurities removal in the separator&destoner firstly and then clean buckwheat be transformed to the intensive dampener/washer, after intensive and gentle dampening, the buckwheat will be peeled and crushed in the pulverizer. After the flour extracting, the buckwheat will be milled further in the roller mills till get the super fine or first class flour. At the end of the procedure, the produced flour will be packed by the automatic packing machine. This type of machine also can process wheat, soya bean meal, etc.
