Linear Vibrating Screen

The linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motor, when two vibrating motors do synchronous and reverse rotation, the excitation force generated by its eccentric block. In the direction parallel to the motor axis cancel each other, in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis superimposed as a combined force, so the movement of the screen machine trajectory is a straight line. The two motor shaft relative to the screen surface has a dip angle, under the combined force of vibration and material self-gravity, the material is thrown on the screen surface jumping Linear motion forward, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and classification of materials. Can be used in assembly lines to achieve automatic operation. It has the characteristics of simple structure, easy maintenance, closed structure and no dust overflow.
