玉米脱皮磨粉机组由脱皮系统、磨粉系统和风网除尘系统组成。生产过程快速清洁，能快速完成玉米清洗、除胚、去皮、抛光、研磨等工序。研磨间隔可为30-60目。干湿两用，操作简单，除杂快，产量高，电耗低，玉米加工设备对玉米进行粉碎、分级、脱皮，最后制成玉米全粉（30-60目）。得到的玉米粉是非洲当地人制作木荷、福福等食品的最佳原料，而且粉的细度可以调节，满足不同层次用户的需求。
